Hot yoga session in possible nudity:

Join us for a cocooning moment in chosen mixity.  We practice in nudity or partial nudity of yoga in a heated room. Come as you are, with your curiosity and kindness.

The heat facilitates a better stretching of the body, it also stimulates the nervous system and participates in a deeper relaxation of the body!

Partial or total nudity is welcome in this body, without being an obligation. We wish to rediscover our bodies in a safe space, free of judgment. Letting go together, desexualizing nudity and experiencing the freedom to be vulnerable - physically and emotionally.

The yoga we practice is inspired by hatha yoga. On the menu: gentle postures, breathing, dynamic sequences, many variations for better accessibility, and of course - rest.

In a session with two people, you will be guided by Alex and Bissi who are there to welcome you, answer your questions, share their knowledge and practices. No specific knowledge or level is required to participate

Yoga Communautaire is a volunteer organization.

Our goal is to offer accessibility to people with low income or no income at all in the practice of yoga.Our approach is inclusive, allowing minorities to benefit from classes with a minimum participation fee of 1€, we offer mixed and mixed-sex classes for people from the LGBTQIA+ communities.

Bissi aka Butchibou is a passionate yogi. He discovered yoga as a powerful tool for managing his mental health. His first target audience was women and LGBTQIA+ people: a community that suffers from strong body injunctions in our contemporary society. He is part of the "community yoga" project, teaches hatha yoga and organizes multidisciplinary workshops related to yoga.

Alexandra Sebbag is the founder of the network Yoga Communautaire Bruxelles.

Yoga classes are excessively expensive and become a privilege of the bourgeois class to access in Brussels. Five years ago, Yoga Communautaire was born from this observation and opened several branches that welcome us for free, in community housing or in communal and official sports centers Self-taught in her practice of yoga after years of sports gymnastics, she offers an accessible and
caring yoga.
