After a rapid exercise on emergency exits, we will discuss preventive and verbal strategies to use before and during sexwork.

We will move on to physical defence and practice a few technics to use during sexwork inside and outside.

Then we finally conclude by a session of full-strength hit practice on the instructor using combat training equipment

SWAG (Sex Work Autodefensia Group) is a method, a thinking tool and a solidarity network. Rooted in feminist self-defense practice, SWAG developps since 2015 a self-defense and empowerment method to collectively enhance our defensive and strategic skills, many of which already belong in our community.

Worshops are self-care and SW-only spaces. Building on SWs skills, they emphasise on sharing physical and verbal self-defense technics, but also building self-confidence, or theoretical knowledge vulnerable points.
